Julia was a great help when booking a hotel for us in Florence earlier this year. I had trouble finding a hotel so asked Julia to book one for us. she took our requirements into account and gave us some options, and then did a further search and found us the perfect hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for Julia, she does her research well and responds quickly and efficiently. I usually do my own research and booking for holidays but I would definitely recommend this service to benefit from the expertise and to save you time. We have always booked our own holidays up until now. This was the best holiday in terms of planning we’ve had as we just had to pay, we had none of the hassle or researching anything. Although we knew the itinerary it was almost a magical mystery tour as we hadn’t really looked up all our stops and just waited for the surprise when we were there. The speed, efficiency and personal service Julia gives is second to none. I love the personal touches with the little pack of guide books sent with our itinerary. This holiday was our 25th wedding anniversary trip to Iceland ... it was perfect, we had snow, blue sky for amazing photos and to top it all off Julia arranged the Northern Lights to appear just after dinner on our first night. We book all of our holidays through Truly Yours Holidays. We are both very busy but very particular so having Julia there to book our holidays is fantastic. She builds a relationship with her clients so she knows what they like and don’t like, so they can trust the holiday she chooses for them will be perfect. I don’t even bother checking out where we are going in advance because I just know it’ll be perfect! Julia has arranged several holidays and breaks for us. She has the patience of a saint when it comes to our requirements and fitting in with dates etc.
The hassle is taken out of it all and the personal touches, such as birthday cards and cards upon return of a holiday go a long way.

If you’re looking for that holiday where you don’t have to do anything apart from giving a few personal details. Then Julie is your lady she will find your dream holiday with the budget you give her. To top that she will also ring you the day before you go just to double check you have everything and that you are happy with everything.
It doesn’t matter how many times you email or ring to change your mind on your destination she will continue the searches until you are happy. And get you what you want very quick and very efficient and very patient couldn’t recommend her highly enough. First class service thank you, Julia, for all that you do for me and my family especially my mum. :)

We have just returned from India having spent 2 and a half weeks there. Our trip was organized or rather “tailor made” for us by Julia beforehand, and all her arrangements worked like clockwork.

Julia attended to every little detail. Our flights – and yes, she checked us in too, our transfers, hotels and tours were all fantastic. The whole trip was packed full of interest and excitement and none of us would have missed it for anything. We were on the moved most of the time, but it was fantastic. It has been a trip of a lifetime, an unforgettable experience and we owe Julia an enormous thank you.

India is not for everyone, and so much can go wrong as anywhere. However, there were a couple of tiny hitches which the local representative saw to and sorted so that there were no problems or interruptions in any of the tours. We travelled miles by train and car as requested.

I would recommend India but not without Julia to organize it beforehand for you! It is worth every penny to get it right and she certainly knows how to do that.

India offers fenominal historic interest, wonderful colour and smells (yes, some are different) delicious cooking, lovely people,  poverty like you have never seen in your life, beautiful landscapes and architecture and the driving is sensational!!

This lady knows how to deal with all your travel arrangements and I would highly recommend her.

Just like to thank Julia Onslow-Cole from truly yours holiday for the most amazing holiday. We don’t go away that often and usually it’s just city breaks or to Europe for a few days so when we decided to have two weeks away for our big birthday celebrations I spoke to Julia and told her where we wanted to go and budget and she organised all of it , we went to Phuket for 3 nights 4 days , Elephant hills for two nights days then kho samui for 5 days and Bangkok for 3 nights , everything was so well organised all transfers ran like clockwork with reps their to meet us and take us to next places which really helps and keeps stress levels low 🙂 . All the accommodations were fabulous, the flights worked well. This could not have worked any better. Just wish I was still there having come back to real life and the cold I may emigrate 😆

In the months before we left, she sent us helpful emails and reminders and on our return there was a lovely card on the doormat, thanking us for booking with her.
